Our first photo session was for their engagement. Our was second on their wedding day. And on this day we were celebrating their one year wedding anniversary at their lovely home. They've become good friends in these past (almost) three years.
Two years ago when I first began photography Cynthia asked if I could one day take photos of her grandchildren. This past Labor Day weekend the Pooles' invited me to their lovely home and I had the privilege of photographing their entire family! What a beautiful and fun group of people. (They made it so easy for me to enjoy my hobby again!)
My friend Rosana had a beautiful ballerina party to celebrate her daughter's 3rd birthday. It was full of dancing, face painting and other fun activities. Briana was the most serious ballerina I've ever seen. Even though she was having a good time, she did not smile the entire afternoon. According to her mom my photos captured her personality.
I was very excited to photograph Stacey and Paul for their son, Austin's 2nd Birthday! (He and my son are the best of friends and they spend lots of time together.) We had the park to ourselves and ran around after Austin most of the time. That's part of the fun of photographing a toddler :)
My friend Tori asked if I could photograph her twins. She warned me ahead of time that it would be challenging to get smiles out of them. Well I was up for the challenge and I'd say we got some cute smiles!
First, I have to mention that Melissa has been one of my biggest fans; she's been so encouraging with my photography. Many of my sessions have been due to her recommendations. Thank you, Melissa! Okay, that being said, her and her husband are such a sweet couple - very in love after many years. Out of all the families I've photographed, their children have been the best behaved. We had a fun afternoon taking these photos; we had sun and rain all in one hour.
